For books with misprints, please send us a picture of the page. We will send a replacement book.

If your item is damaged in transit, notify us within 24 hours. We will look into the matter and send a replacement if due.

- If there are any defects on the item, notify us within 24 hours. We will assess the defect and send you a replacement if due.

- If the item you have purchased does not fit you, we can arrange for a replacement. Return shipping cost will be paid by the Customer.

- In order for a return to be accepted, it must have the original packaging and original tags attached.

We do not accept any exchange or return of goods sold. All goods are checked for defects before being mailed out.
